This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders. By placing an order with Toolyride, you agree to the terms below.

1. Delivery Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to addresses outside the UK at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

All orders ship free of charge — there are no shipping fees added at checkout, regardless of order size.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched on the same or next business day after the order is placed (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

4. Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location and the courier used. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery's progress. If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us at jeyasegari1@gmail.com.

6. Incorrect Delivery Details

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to amend it before dispatch.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive within a reasonable time of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at jeyasegari1@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may occasionally be sent in separate parcels or arrive on different days, depending on stock location. You will not be charged any extra shipping fees for this.
